1. Check on the task manager, and kill all processes related to the tool.

2. Go to the device manager, find "Smart Card readers", (might be on another tab in case of issues, like "unknown device").

Select “device instance path”
You should have something like that:
USB\VID_138E&PID_8013\00041619 …. if PID = 0000, the tool is deprogrammed. Please contact
