This error means that the execution folder doesn’t contain Config.py and xml parameter file.
At the end of execution the Config.py file is deleted from the execution folder, so if your
execution folder is set to the folder containing the campaign file and the config.py file, this error
will occur.
If your execution folder is set to the folder containing the campaign file and the config.py file:
 Re-install the campaign from the setup file.
 Select a specific execution folder, which contains an xml parameter file and Config.py.
Otherwise:
 Copy Config.py from the folder containing the campaign file into your execution folder
that contains your xml parameter file.
